Mack Levant brings 20 years of experience working in industrial and mechanical environments, including global oil and gas operations. During that career, he spent approximately three years working in a highly technical area involving thermodynamics.
That experience developed a strong understanding of how mechanical systems should operate, how temperature and pressure interact within the refrigeration cycle, and how to investigate faults using tangible evidence rather than assumptions. Mack now applies that technical and analytical approach to automotive air conditioning, testing the system carefully to identify what is actually wrong before recommending a repair.
